Schedule 1 — Anti-Bribery Declaration

The Anti-Bribery Declaration (Schedule 1) forms part of the Affiliate Partner Agreement above. By accepting it on the application form, you confirm the following:

• •You will not refer any organisation where you hold purchasing authority or are an employee, officer, or director.
• •You will disclose your referral relationship to every prospective customer before or at the point of recommendation.
• •You will not offer, promise, or give any financial or other advantage to any employee or officer of a prospective customer as an inducement to procure business for EHS Genesis.
• •You acknowledge this declaration is required under the UK Bribery Act 2010.
